Refund & Exchange Policy
We at Myer® are very conscious with our customer satisfaction because customer happiness is our highest priority. Our aim is to provide our customers with best quality products at their doorstep.
- In case if there is a problem with the product you have ordered like size variation or a defect we will happily replace it for you. Our Product can be exchanged from any of our retail outlet within the 15 days from the date of purchase. Please note that the product must be unused with the barcode attached along with the purchase invoice. We strictly have “No Refund Policy” on online order.
- Sale items can only be exchanged with sale/clearance items only.
- Accessories and socks are not returnable and not exchangeable.
- Items without invoice will not be entertained for exchange.
- You may request for cancellation of your order at any time before the order is processed. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email, with a tracking number so that you can track your order.
- Once a product has shipped, the ‘Refund and Exchange Policy’ will apply.
